Banners and Signage

Digital Signage

Digital signage is a dynamic and engaging way to communicate event information to the campus community through flat screen HD monitors. All NMSU deparments may utilize the Feed to advertise meetings and events, as long as your event is open to the entire student body. Learn more how to advertise on the Feed and review content guidelines.

Units must seek specific approval from building monitors before hanging banners on campus to promote one-time events and information.

You must get prior approval to display, post or hang flyers, posters, banners, table tents, boards and signs inside Corbett Center Student University (CCSU) and within 20 feet of the exterior of the building. Learn more about signage request for CCSU.

Lightpole banners displayed on the International Mall, University Ave. and Union Ave. are produced and scheduled by Marketing and Communcaitions, and are not available for general campus requests.

The University Architect's office is equipped with sign shop for assitance in banner fabrication as well as other large format printing needs.  Marketing and Communications is also available to assit in the design of banners and other posters.
